I have a belief about food. I believe food should be both healthy and tasty. That’s what I grew up with - Mum’s wonderful meals and beautiful cakes. I also believe good food should be affordable to everyone.

Our menu reflects tastes from all corners of the world but we use local or organic produce whenever possible to give you maximum taste and nutritional value. Vegetarian? Vegan? Gluten or Dairy allergies? Plenty of options for you too!

Alex’s Good Food Company caters for corporate events, breakfast meetings, weddings, children parties and outside catering. We also provide meals for local nursery schools.

Alex's Good Food Café • Restaurant, is the ideal place for your work or social meetings and events, be it a wedding, business breakfast/lunch, birthday party, Christmas Party however big or small.

At Alex's we have two rooms that can each seat up to 30 people. Come in, have a coffee, chat with Alex about your menu with any special dietary requirements plus all the trimmings, to make your event special for you and your guests.

Alex's is situated close to Bournemouth town centre, Lansdowne College, Bournemouth University's campuses and Bournemouth Registry Office. On street parking is outside or two car parks are within easy walking distance. We have FREE wireless internet access and a childrens small play area.

Staying in? Alex's can come to you! Alex's can equally cater for your weddings, celebrations, dinner parties, business meetings at your home, office or outside venue.

Alex's ground floor is perfect for Reiki, Yoga or dance classes (has a good sound dance floor). Ideal setting for a revitalising treatment in your lunch hour or after a stressful day.
